For this drawing we had to draw a vase with strings around it to focus on line quality. We had to make sure to use thick, thin, light, and dark lines effectively. I think I used them all quit well but I could have used more dark and thick lines. We also had to make sure to have the correct composition. This is essentially how the paper is formatted, the proportions, and the height of the bases. I made the paper vertical because the height of the object made making the drawing vertical the most logical decision. And finally we had to also focus on value range. This is basically how light or dark parts of your drawing is on a scale from 1-10. I think I did very well on this at some parts of the drawing but I could have heightened everything to make it look better. I think I learned a lot from this drawing but I wish I didn't rush and put more time into it so that it could have been more detail, cleaner, and look better overall.
